A BelPro Agent (Belize Professional Agent) is a graduate of the REIB certification program who has completed the required coursework and agreed to uphold professional and ethical standards taught through the Institute.

Real Estate Institute of Belize is an independent educational institution. We actively work toward alignment with national standards and long-term professional recognition; however, we are not currently a government licensing authority.
At this time, REIB operates under Tubal Trade & Vocational Institute and its existing accreditation framework. Because REIB is the first real estate school of its kind in Belize, it is governed under Tubal’s accreditation while we pursue separate, standalone accreditation for the Real Estate Institute of Belize.
This structure allows REIB to legally operate, issue certifications, and deliver structured education while building the foundation for independent accreditation in the future.
