The mission of the Real Estate Institute of Belize is to elevate the standards of real estate practice in Belize by providing accessible, high-quality education rooted in integrity, professionalism, and community impact. In partnership with Tubal Trade & Vocational Institute, we equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundation to thrive in the real estate industry.
Our Partnership with Tubal
The Real Estate Institute of Belize (REIB) proudly operates under the educational umbrella of Tubal Trade & Vocational Institute, one of Belize’s most respected institutions for technical and professional training.
As our parent school, Tubal provides the administrative foundation, facility access, and institutional oversight that allows REIB to operate with structure, accountability, and national recognition.
Together, REIB and Tubal are committed to expanding Belize’s professional landscape—creating opportunities for adults to gain high-level certification in real estate and property-related fields while also giving back to the community. Our Founder
Meet the Founder – J. Nicole Jackson
J. Nicole Jackson is a Belize Real Estate Broker, U.S.-licensed Realtor, homebuilder, developer, and educator with over a decade of experience in real estate, construction, and interior design across Belize, Texas, and the Caribbean. She is the CEO of J. Nicole Enterprise, a multi-division company specializing in real estate sales, homebuilding, and home décor manufacturing.
As a former mayor and an international real estate professional, J. Nicole has overseen multimillion-dollar development projects, trained agents, built custom homes, and led initiatives that empower families through ownership and education.
She founded the Real Estate Institute of Belize to bring structure, credibility, and opportunity to the growing real estate industry in Belize. After witnessing the lack of formal training and ethical standards in the field, she created the Real Estate Blueprint™—Belize’s first comprehensive curriculum rooted in local law, real-world practice, and international professionalism.
Her vision is to empower a new generation of certified agents, brokers, and property professionals who will build communities, elevate standards, and shape the future of Belizean real estate.
